3D Point Cloud based Automation System

3D point cloud is normally generated in two different ways:

  1. Capture Images using photogrammetric methods and dense matching algorithms
  2. Light Detection And Ranging (LiDAR), also referred to as Laser Scanning

In both ways it delivers a very high degree of accuracy in measurements of objects.
